VIEWEGH GASTRO TEAM s.r.o. deals mainly with the processing of project documentation at all stages. We process project documentation in digital formats (Auto CAD and REVIT) and can produce printouts in black & white or colour up to A0 format. We also offer a range of related consultancy services.

NEW CONCEPTS

At VGT, we specialise in creating new and unusual concepts. We love working with enlightened investors—visionaries who want to bring something new to the market. CONSULTANCY

As part of our service, we provide clients with expert advice as part of the project documentation or study. In some cases, you can order this service separately. We are open and honest when expressing our opinions and provide a comprehensive assessment of the technical, professional and commercial aspects of each newly built restaurant, hotel or other catering operation.

STUDIES

We consider the study to be the most crucial part of project documentation as it determines the basic conceptual, operational and technological solution for future operations in accordance with clients' specifications.

AUTHORISATION

All of the building permit, change orders before completion, and single-stage construction project documentation that we prepare is authorised by an authorising engineer. In our team, we have three CKAIT (Czech Chamber of Chartered Engineers and Technicians) authorising engineers in the field of Technological Building Equipment and Technical Building Equipment who specialise in GASTRO TECHNOLOGY.
